Intellectual property

The whole of this website, including its written content, page structure, illustrations, engraved iconography, wax seal mark, typographic treatment, source code and the CellarShip name, is the property of MLJ, SASU or is used with the permission of the rights holder. It is protected by French and international copyright law and by trademark law where applicable.

You may read, print and quote short extracts of these pages for your own internal use, provided you name CellarShip as the source and link back to the page you took the extract from. Any other reproduction, adaptation, translation, republication or commercial reuse of any part of this site, in any medium, requires prior written permission from the publisher. Systematic extraction of the content by automated means for the purpose of building a competing directory or training a commercial dataset is not permitted.

The photographs on this site illustrate cellar and shipping work at small wineries. They are used under license by MLJ, SASU and are not available for reuse. Business names, member names and figures quoted in customer statements are published with the agreement of the businesses concerned.

Liability

The publisher takes care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, in particular the description of the CellarShip product and the prices shown in the pricing section. Even so, this website is informational. It does not constitute a contractual offer, and it does not constitute legal, tax or regulatory advice about alcohol beverage shipping in any state.

Direct to consumer wine shipping rules are set by individual states and change without notice. Nothing on this site relieves a winery of its own duty to hold valid permits, to file its own returns and to verify the rules that apply to a given shipment. The publisher accepts no liability for a decision taken solely on the basis of a page on this website.

The publisher cannot be held responsible for an interruption of the site, for a transmission error, for the presence of a virus on a visitor's equipment, or for any indirect loss arising from access to or use of this site. Links to third party websites are provided for convenience only, and the publisher exercises no control over the content of those sites.

Personal data and cookies

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party analytics scripts. The only personal data collected is what a visitor chooses to type into the contact form. Applicable law

This legal notice and the use of this website are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the site, its content or its use falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, including in the case of multiple defendants or third party proceedings.

Contractual terms for the CellarShip subscription itself, including billing and cancellation, are set out separately in the terms of service. Where a contradiction exists between this notice and those terms in respect of the paid service, the terms of service prevail.

If you find an error on a page, a broken link, or content you believe infringes your rights, write to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com with the page address and a description of the issue.
